It's a great image - the rust and dings highlight the Indian logo. You're Axe story completes the picture, even it it might not be reality. :-)

Wilma Birdwell replied:

Thank you Terry. Now how could you not believe such a romantic story? After all She could have run over the motorcycle with the disc too. You know after using the axe? !!!

Artist's Description

No not really this poor Indian Motorcycle was found near a farm fence in many rusty broken parts. The Guys were joking that a jilted lover hand taken an ax to the fuel tank. Looks like however that farm disc went over it and the other parts. But I do like the ax murderer story better.

About Wilma Birdwell

Wilma Birdwell

I have always loved to take photos all my life. I only had point and shot cameras. Not very good ones but I still loved the magic of trying. I was in an accident and I had gotten a 3pix camera to walk with as part of the healing process. The cheapest part of it too. But the more shots I took, I began to learn more and get better. So this is where I am today. I still love taking shots of about anything and trying shots that they say will not work. Some have and some not. But I am now on a new journey to see if there is anyone who likes what I do enough to pay for it. I don't have a style. If I see some thing that gets my attention I will shoot it with wild abandon. My family and friends are driven up the wall!
